Astronomical Seeing and Meteorological Parameters at Maidanak Observatory

In this article, we present the results of astronomical seeing measurements conducted at Maidanak observatory and influence meteorological parameters on seeing. A differential image motion monitor (DIMM) was used to measure Astronomical observations were made between 2018–2022, mainly in summer autumn months. total 266 night 2018 2022. For whole time frame, median value 0.69 arc seconds. With a 0.65″, 2019 is year with best seeing, 2021 has worst (0.71″). Analysis long-term variations amount clear revealed small trend decrease amount. The correlation analyzed. It determined that greatest impact are wind speed nighttime temperature variation. coefficient equal 13% 21% for both quantities. found direction have relatively weak
